Chuck Hood Scholarship Fund

Hood Hargett Breakfast Club Student Athlete Program was launched by company owner and Fund founder Chuck Hood to recognize recognize local students in the Charlotte Mecklenberg School District who distinguished themselves on the playing field, in the classroom and in the community.

The fund has, to date, awarded more than $300,000 to some 200 local high school students to further their education through the Hood Hargett organization.

For nearly 20 years the the Hood Hargett Breakfast Club has been the premier category exclusive business development organization in Charlotte, NC. Our signature breakfast speaker series allows members and their guests to hear from national speakers from diverse backgrounds and interests. The sessions are often both informational and inspiring, and always entertaining.

Our breakfast events are now located at the beautiful Quail Hollow Country Club, home of the Wells Fargo PGA Championship. For member companies we also host a luncheon series that features local business and civic leaders. Business owners have access to Mayor's, Governors. Legislators and CEOs.
