C&D Management Company For over 20 years C&D Management Company has taken a proactive and responsible approach to construction and demolition debris management. Operating five C&D Reclamation Centers in the Carolinas and one Gypsum Recycling Facility, we take pride in offering communities environmentally responsible debris disposal. In addition to traditional C&D disposal, each facility recycles all inert debris: gypsum, roofing material, scrap metal, wood, concrete, brick & block. State and local authorities heavily regulate all C&D reclamation centers. Our centers are repeatedly recognized for their superior safety and compliance records. Properly operated C&D reclamation centers offer a safe and necessary means for debris disposal. Pine Island County Club Just off I-485 in northwest Charlotte, Pine Island Country Club has provided a comfortable and scenic environment for play on and off the course since 1968. Purchased by Griffin Brothers Companies in 2005, the Club underwent a major renovation in 2006, including the construction of a spectacular 25, 000 square-foot clubhouse and banquet facility. In addition, the golf course was redesigned and improved under the guidance of course architect Mike Gleason. A private club, Pine Island hosts hundreds of non-member event each year– from wedding and golf outings to corporate celebrations and meetings. Griffin Brothers Acquisitions Founded in 1996, Griffin Brothers Acquisitions is a privately held real estate development company. The business focuses its on buying and developing strategically located property in the greater Charlotte Metropolitan Region for single-family neighborhoods and commercial mixed-use projects.
